I call these three the beautifuls because, well...they are. We took these in the living room and out in our backyard last night when we had them over for dinner.
It pays to eat with us. ;)
There is, perhaps, no better title for the first one of this grouping here. Right? He's hilarious. Looking all bored, but in charge, and "Don't mess with me..." I love it.
I got to shoot his family earlier and still haven't posted any of them (or ANY others in the last month...) since the blogging is taking a backseat while I'm currently (going insane) and keeping my hands and feet in at least 3 things each. I'll get to posting them...eventually.
For now - I give you, the Little Boss Man:
Last night, I photographed the final dress-rehearsal for "Curtains," put on by the Magic Valley Little Theater. It was really cool to be able to be all, up on stage-ish, getting in people's way taking pics of the cast during the show. I am really dying for a faster lens now (if I do this again) but had a great time taking and reviewing these. The show opens tonight and plays through Sunday. If you're local, you should totally go see it.
I think I've said this before, but I'm fairly certain Delaney is my longest-running Twin Falls client. I saw her first at 3 months, and now she's TWO! And she's been really fun to photograph. Here's a few from her session, all montage'd up. :) Happy Birthday Laney!!!
I call these, my former neighbors, my poster fam because they're on my banner(s) and I just love them. We updated their family pics recently with a slew of images (still yet to edit) but I had to peek at a couple. I just might need to replace my banner with their new awesome shot. Love you guys...
This lil' Miss is just like the princess featured before her... the youngest of 4 with three older brothers. How perfect. Her very special Dreidel dress is fresh out of Germany and beautifully modeled for her German Grandpa. She's a mover, but thankfully held still for this one.
I give you... "Beautiful J."
I just couldn't help not posting this one. There are a myriad from this session, and they'll follow soon, but for now, I present the adorable Cassidy...
I realized I never posted any of these cuties either. They're all just adorable. Ready for the front of a J.Crew catalog for sure. I had a lot of fun with them, and we even finished before mutual. Hooray! We all did well under pressure.
I'm coming off almost 10 days of being severely drugged (due to a recent tonsillectomy -ouch!) so am getting back to editing, and sorting, and sitting up, and swallowing, you know the drill.
I shot these cuties about a month ago, and am just now posting their pretty faces. Another newborn to make me want one. Sigh...... what am I going to do?
This family surprised their mamma with a birthday visit and photo session gift. How fun! They were quite enjoyable to work with and superbly easy-going. Did I mention that their boys are all just gorgeous? Don't have to... See for yer'self. Happy Birthday Grandma E! Here's hoping one of these is worthy of your giant frame.
This post powered by the ever-popular dum dum sucker. Without those babies, I'd seldom make it through a session with more than 1 child. They came in handy with this cute crew a couple weeks ago. I am still mesmerized by their eyes. Blue only for boys, brown for girls - and all of them just so adorable and fun. I would have taken that baby home with me too I think.... if it hadn't been for the fact that they wanted to keep him. Sigh......... So at any rate - here you have them, fresh off the highway from the sunny skies of San Diego. It was great meeting you! (next time, I'll come to you, eh? and make a vacation out of it.)
Okay, this family (along with various others I have recently shot) belong on the cover of a J.Crew catalog or something. Crazy adorable. Here's a smidge teaser of their session I'm not quite done editing. I really need to find a new white door. The alley cat that I keep bumping into (he must live there) at the current one is just way too distracting for 2 and 3 year-olds. :)
